Welcome
We're Safar Coffee — a small specialty coffee brand built around the idea that every cup is a journey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of our website and store at safar.coffee, including everything you browse, order, and interact with here (collectively, the "Services"). Safar Coffee is a brand of Zewin Commerce Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We know that's blunt, but it's the honest version.

1. Using Our Store
You must be of legal age in your country to use this site. If you're a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use a device to shop here, that's on you.
When you create an account or place an order, please give us accurate information. Keep your login credentials private — your account is yours and you're responsible for what happens under it.
2. Our Products
We put a lot of care into what we make and how we describe it. That said, colours and textures can look different on different screens, and we can't guarantee every cup will meet every expectation. We're always working to improve.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, adjust availability, or discontinue items without notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we confirm your order and process your payment. Until then, nothing is set in stone.
We may decline or cancel an order for any reason — and if we do, we'll let you know via the contact details you gave us. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to cancel it once it's accepted.
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or commercial export.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the one that counts, and you'll see it confirmed in your order email.
Prices shown don't include any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment details are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Thailand. We'll do our best to get your order to you promptly — but once it's with the carrier, delivery times are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or anything else outside our control. Risk passes to you once your order leaves our hands.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the name, the logo, the copy, the photography, the design — belongs to Safar Coffee or its licensors. You're welcome to browse and shop. You're not welcome to copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Tools
Some features on this site are powered by third-party tools (for example, payment processors or analytics). We don't control those tools and aren't responsible for them. Use them at your own discretion.
8. Third-Party Links
We may link to external sites occasionally. We're not responsible for what's on those sites — please read their own terms and policies before engaging with them.
9. Our Relationship with Shopify
Our store is built on Shopify. Any purchases you make are directly with Safar Coffee — not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your order, and by using this site you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases.
10. Privacy
We take your data seriously. How we collect and use it is covered in our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which also processes certain data as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
11. Reviews and Feedback
If you leave a review, send us feedback, or submit any ideas, you give us permission to use that content — to improve our products, promote the store, or share it publicly. We won't pay for feedback, but we genuinely read it.
Please keep it honest and your own. Don't submit anything false, harmful, or someone else's.
12. Errors and Inaccuracies
We try to keep everything accurate, but mistakes happen. If a price, description, or availability is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it — even after an order is placed. We'll always try to reach out if this affects your order.
13. Prohibited Uses
Please use the site for lawful, personal purposes only. You may not:
- Use it for anything illegal or harmful
- Infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property
- Harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself

We can end your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Any sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including liability, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFAR COFFEE, ZEWIN COMMERCE LTD, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR LOSSES — EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
18. Indemnification
If a third party makes a claim against us because of something you did — including a breach of these Terms, a violation of law, or misuse of the Services — you agree to defend us and cover any resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply.
20. Waiver and Entire Agreement
If we don't enforce a right or provision in these Terms on one occasion, that doesn't mean we're giving it up for the future.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, make up the full agreement between you and Safar Coffee. They supersede anything discussed or agreed previously.
21. Assignment
You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We can transfer ours.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction where Zewin Commerce Ltd (the owner of Safar Coffee) is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
